Responsibilities

As a Direct Support Professional at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in assisting our residents with their daily living activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing hands-on personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assisting with medication administration and ensuring adherence to prescribed treatments.
  • Supporting residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' health status.
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of recreational activities.
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications
