About the Position

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in the wellbeing and recovery of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily activities and personal care
  • Implementing behavioral health programs tailored to individual needs
  • Monitoring and documenting residents' progress
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals and family members
  • Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all residents

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Hold a valid Behavioral Health Technician certification
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards older adults
  • Have a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and interventions
  • Are able to work effectively as part of a team
