  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Provide support and training to staff members on behavior management techniques
  • Monitor the progress of residents and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and updated documentation of therapy sessions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Previous experience working with elderly individuals
  • Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Valid license/certification in behavior management or a related field (preferred)
