Job Description

As a Transportation Driver at Kimwell Nursing Home's Adult Day Center, your role will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our program participants. We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual who is fluent in Spanish to provide transportation services for our Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

  • Transportation of program participants to and from the Adult Day Center
  • Ensure adherence to pick-up and drop-off schedules
  • Assist participants with boarding and exiting the vehicle
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues
  • Follow all traffic and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate transportation logs and records

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Prior experience working with aging adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
