Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents in a group home setting, following individualized care plans
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Administer medications and monitor health conditions
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet the holistic needs of residents
  • Document and maintain accurate records of care provided

Requirements

  • Prior experience in caregiving or related field preferred
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Reliable and responsible work ethic
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
