  • Provide direct care and support to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication administration

  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure personalized care

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
  • Compassionate and patient mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
