Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for the Licensed Practical Nurse position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of Kentucky
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Prior experience in geriatric or long-term care is preferred but not required. We welcome both experienced LPNs looking to further their careers and new graduates eager to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
