Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as dressing, bathing, and grooming
  • Administer medications and ensure proper documentation
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist in planning and implementing recreational activities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and follow care plans
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
