Job Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Assess residents' health conditions and create care plans
  • Monitor and record vital signs
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document and report any changes in residents' conditions
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment

Job Requirements

  • Valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota
  • Previous experience in geriatric or long-term care settings is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to enhance residents' quality of life
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
