Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of behavioral health treatment plans.
  • Observe and document behavioral patterns and changes.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess and address residents' needs.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
  • Maintain documentation and records accurately.
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills in behavioral health.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Behavioral Health Technician at Kimwell Nursing Home, the following requirements must be met:

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in behavioral health or related fields are highly desirable.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a geriatric or long-term care setting.
