Job Responsibilities

As a caregiver at Kimwell Nursing Home, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing medication reminders and assisting with medication administration
  • Monitoring and documenting residents' health and well-being
  • Assisting with meal planning and preparation
  • Engaging residents in social and recreational activities
  • Ensuring a clean and safe living environment

Qualifications

To excel in this caregiver role, we require the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Compassion and empathy towards seniors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
