Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement behavior management plans tailored to individual residents' needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate residents' behaviors
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective treatment strategies
  • Provide counseling and support to residents and their families
  • Participate in staff trainings and provide guidance on behavior management techniques
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatment progress

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • Experience in behavior management and therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and patience when working with individuals with behavioral challenges
  • Proficiency in developing personalized treatment plans
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
