As a Behavioral Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing behavior patterns, developing effective intervention strategies, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst at Kimwell Nursing Home, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses
  • Designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Evaluating and modifying intervention strategies based on ongoing data analysis
  • Providing training and support to staff members and caregivers
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care
  • Monitoring and documenting progress towards established goals
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Board Certification as a Behavioral Analyst
  • Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention techniques
  • Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Display effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show a strong commitment to ethical standards and professional development
  • Have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role
