Your Responsibilities as a Direct Care Professional

Monitoring health and medication: You will be responsible for observing and documenting any changes in residents' health conditions, as well as administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals. Requirements for the Position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Passion for providing care to elderly individuals
- Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (desired)
