About the Position

As a Lead Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in assessing, planning, and implementing customized treatment plans for our young residents with physical impairments or disabilities. Your expertise and compassion will enable you to provide the highest standard of care to ensure their optimal physical development and functional mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' medical history and perform comprehensive physical examinations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and strength
  • Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercises and self-care
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior therapists and support staff

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of North Dakota, US
  • Pediatric Physical Therapy certification is highly desirable
  • Prior experience working with pediatric patients
  • Strong knowledge of therapy techniques, equipment, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
