Responsibilities
As the Senior Director for our IMS Program, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IMS Program, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize resident outcomes.

Qualifications
To be considered for the role of Senior Director for our IMS Program, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably in geriatric and aging care.
- A strong background in program management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
